HACCP is system, which guarantees safety of a food. Thanks to this, it can be the component in other quality systems according to the model of ISO 9000 series. The connection of good materials used in the production with the proper principles of the processing lets us to achieve result in the figure of highest quality food, i.e. safe and tasty. ISO 9001 marks the high standard of the management on all rungs of organization. It allows us to perfect the quality on all planes of functioning and working in with this system defend mistakes and makes possible to fast detecting.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards and reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes including packaging, distribution, etc. It can be the element of quality management systems like the ISO 9000 family of standards. The best quality raw and other materials used in the production process together with proper food processing procedures result in the highest quality, safe and tasty food products. Potential risks are identified and eliminated before starting of processing food to avoid a possibility of final product contamination.
